  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Sunglasses that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance (if applicable)

3. How to Return

To return an item:

  • Contact us within 7 days at contact@eafey.com with your order details and reason for return
  • Follow the instructions provided to send back your item
  • Use a trackable shipping service for your return shipment to ensure it arrives safely

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
  • We recommend using insured and trackable shipping for returns.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or our mistake.

6. Exchanges

If you want to exchange your sunglasses for a different style or color, please return the original item following the return procedure and place a new order for the replacement.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately at contact@eafey.com with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
